Courtney Collins, Director

Courtney Collins has served as the Director of Parking and Transportation at Eastern Kentucky University since 2018, where she oversees the planning, operations, and modernization of campus mobility systems. An alumna of the university, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, which laid the foundation for her career in public service.

Prior to her current role, Courtney spent six years as a Detective with the Eastern Kentucky University Police Department. This experience provided a strong background in campus operations, safety, and community engagement, which continues to inform her leadership approach.

As Director, she has led several key initiatives to improve efficiency and the overall user experience, including transitioning to a fully virtual permitting system utilizing T2 License Plate Recognition technology, implementing mobile pay-to-park solutions, and introducing ParkZen. She is also a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) through the National Parking Association.

Outside of her professional work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their two children, often attending and cheering at sporting events together.
